OUR RISK-FREE GUARANTEE

Our mission is to elevate the way people work and we want to make sure you have the best workday possible. That’s why we offer a 30-Day Risk-Free Guarantee to try our solutions in your space. If you don’t love your product, let us know and we’ll arrange for pick up from your home or office.


RETURNS

Thanks to our risk free 30-day guarantee, you may return any VARIDESK product for any reason within 30 days of the date of purchase. Simply call us and we will issue a RMA#.

We’ll even cover your return shipping costs. We recommend keeping your original shipping box in case you need to return your VARIDESK. However, if you no longer have your original box, please let a customer service member know so a return box can be provided. Please call Customer Service at (800) 207-2587 for more details.

  • During the first 30 days after purchase, any returns, replacements, and shipping costs are paid by VARIDESK.
  • Items damaged in transit may be returned or replaced at our cost under the 30-Day Risk-Free Guarantee. We may ask for photographic or video evidence for our records.
  • After the initial 30-day risk free period, refunds will no longer be available; product replacements will be provided instead.
  • Within 1 year of the purchase date, shipping costs for any warranty claims will be covered by VARIDESK.
  • Orders installed by VARIDESK or an authorized third party are subject to a restocking fee of 10% of the value of the returned product for products that are returned, exchanged, or are unable to be installed. See the “Restocking” section below for more information.
  • After 1 year from the purchase date, the shipping costs for warranty claims must be paid by the customer.
  • Our simplified product design means every part serves an integral purpose. Therefore, in order to ensure your product maintains our superior quality standards, in most cases, we do not issue replacement parts. Typically, we will fully replace your product as long as it’s within warranty.
  • In an effort to control quality, we don’t keep inventory of discontinued items, but we can replace products still within warranty with a similar product.

Upon receipt of returned products, customers will receive a full refund of their original payment method within 2-3 business days. Australian and European customers will receive a full refund of their original payment method within 2-3 business days or within 5-7 days if paid via EFT/ACH/Wire Transfer.


FREIGHT ITEM RETURNS

If you are returning a product that was delivered via freight, you will need to have the product brought out to your curb for no-cost pick-up. You can have it picked up from inside your home or office at an additional cost. Please contact customer service for more details.


RESTOCKING

VARIDESK always replaces any items that are delivered with damages or defects, free of charge, within our 30-day risk-free return window. Orders installed by VARIDESK or an authorized third party are subject to a small restocking fee of 10% of the value of the returned product cost for products that are exchanged or returned for reasons unrelated to the quality of product.


CANCELLED ORDERS

If you need to cancel your order, please call our customer service team at (800) 207-2587. Once the item is rerouted back to our warehouse and we confirm receipt, we’ll issue a full refund. This usually takes a few days.


PRODUCT WARRANTY

We stand behind our products and we want you to feel secure knowing that we’ll work with you to resolve any issues.

All eligible VARIDESK products purchased in the U.S. on or after March 2, 2018 are covered under a limited, non-transferrable warranty. Any product failure that occurs from normal usage is covered for the specific product terms listed below. A failure is a mechanical breakdown of or defect in the unit that affects the user’s ability to operate the product as intended. If it’s determined that the failure was caused by misuse or abuse of the product, replacements and return shipping will be at the customer’s expense. No refunds are available after the initial 30-day risk-free period.

For any products purchased prior to March 2, 2018, warranty coverage lasts for 1 year from the date of purchase.

Exceptions to the coverage include:

  • Changes in surface finish, including color-fastness or matching of colors, woodgrains, or textures
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Dye transfers caused by external contaminants
  • Modifications made by the user
  • Products that were not installed, used, or maintained in accordance with product instructions and warnings
  • Damage or marking of surfaces caused by sharp or foreign objects
  • Pilling of textiles
